Liquid nitrogen for freezing

To freeze the liver we use liquid nitrogen to keep the quality.

Liquid nitrogen freezing has many advantages: helps food products maintain moisture (preventing weight loss from dehydration), quality, texture, color and flavor.

The technology with protecting-gas and vacuum-packaging makes it possible for our customers to obtain our excellent-quality products with the longest shelf-life.

We wrap the parts as per demand (bulk, vacuum, skin) and chill or froze them. Delivery in the country is done with several refrigerator vans, they make sure that our products get to the end-users in time.
